Our role is to help them create a sustainable club model and manage the sensitive transition process.

Working with National Agencies we provide expert advice on the impact of their works on golf and leisure clubs and the level of appropriate compensation payable.

An ongoing strategic review of an established private members club to manage an agreed 10 year strategy to increase its membership, the utilisation of its courses and associated revenues for re investment.

Advising a local authority on a turnaround strategy for a group of 4 golf courses – producing a sustainably profitable business model which they could manage themselves or tender out to a third party.

Working with overseas owners on restructuring and refurbishing an established golf club to take it upmarket and produce a higher yielding luxury offer.

Full management contract on behalf of a property company - increased turnover by 54% in 4 years and successfully sold for 15 times multiple of purchase price.

Provided interim management and advice to an established club looking to exit which we achieved within 6 months at a multiple of more than 10 times profit.
